Affording TCS
We are passionate about partnering with Christian families to provide for their children a classical, Christian education and we believe that a TCS education should be accessible for every family desiring this model. To ensure we are delivering a quality education while also remaining affordable, tuition is priced annually to cover each year’s operating expenses. Additionally, TCS is committed to offering need-based tuition assistance to families through our Tuition Assistance Program.
TCS tuition does not include field trips, school uniforms, school supplies or co-curricular program fees. There are no multiple children tuition discounts. We encourage families to apply for tuition assistance if there is a financial need.
The school’s Books & Resources List is published at the start of summer so that parents have time to shop various online providers (including used book sellers) and at TCS’ Used Uniform & Curriculum Sale.

Books
Uniforms
Uniforms are required for all students. We have selected simple,
affordable uniforms through Lands’ End with a cost per outfit of
between $40-60 depending on the choice, size, and seasonal
discounts offered by Lands’ End.

Application Fee
$200 per student (all application fees are non-refundable.) -
Enrollment Fee
New families whose children have been accepted to TCS will receive an enrollment contract that must be completed and returned to the school to reserve the space in the grade designated. This enrollment contract must be accompanied by an enrollment fee of $400 per student. Tuition payments begin June 1, 2025. -
Tuition Assistance
TCS offers need-based Tuition Assistance to families considering a number of factors including total (gross) family income, the number of family members, the number of children enrolled at TCS, and any additional extenuating financial circumstances. Tuition Payment Plan
TCS offers 3 tuition payment plans:- 1 Payment – Full tuition due June 1, 2025
- 2 Payment – 50% tuition due June 1, 2025, balance due November 1, 2025
- 3 Monthly Payments – 9 equal monthly payments June 1, 2025 through February 1, 2026

Wait Pool
In the event of a full class, a child may be placed in a wait pool after all other admission requirements have been fulfilled and application fees paid. Should space become available, the Admissions Committee will select a student from the wait pool to add to the class.
